terrible staff numbers!!!!!!why is it and this is at ALL officeworks-that you have 2 staff members standing at the entrance greeting customers and you only have one staff member at the print and copy service desk attending 10 customers waiting in line to get photo/poster print edit jobs which can take up to 20minutes each to complete! Yet you have 2 staff members at the same time standing doing nothing at checkout counter cos they got no customers there.c'mon Priorites!!

A very convenient store for all sort of stationary and electronics. There is a parking, so it was never a problem to jump in for something. They also have click and collect, so it can save quite some time.
Although I'd never recommend buying cables there - prices are crazy.response / report this review -

Appalling level of service. I sent a detailed quote request for a print job on Wednesday morning. It's Friday afternoon and haven't received a reply. I called them and got placed on hold for 5 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Above and beyond: had a couple average experience at the shop, however I was so impressed by today service! From the guy at the printing service to the cashier. Very helpful and considerate! Thanks guys!

I went to officeworks on Monday evening to do some printing, I was told that the job could only be completed by midday the following day. This was expected, and I was ok with that.
I informed them it was an urgent print job and I needed the print at latest by midday Tuesday. I received a phone call at 11am on Tuesday advising me their printer became faulty and cannot print until Friday (4 days later) or whenever the printer technician would come in. There was absolutely no duty of care or responsibility taken by officeworks, the caller was rude and did not offer any alternate solution.

Usually not bad. Had trouble with their printing machines though trying to print from my drive. They take forever Had to wait for about 10 mins before it even got into my drive. Is not worth the wait. Bring a USB. I forgot mine which is why I had to use drive.
They price beat which is great. Good way to get things a bit cheaper and their prices are reasonable

Waited a whole hr just to have 20 pics printed. The staff just walked back and forth not even asking if i was ok. Absolutely ridiculous service! Even a guy who was behind me was served first and he was white. Maybe because I'm not white as to why i was ignored. So disappointed and never returning!
