  Nick and Margo were great, they were on time and communication was easy and responsive. Very clean house, all areas covered.

  Param came to do my end of lease cleaning of a 3 bedroom apartment after I’d lived there for two years with my two children. She was friendly and professional and I don’t know how she did what she did in 4 hours but the place was spotless. Oven, walls, windows, bathrooms, all surfaces were great. She even waited for my landlord to finish the inspection to ensure everything was in order. Bond was returned in full. Thank you Param! Highly recommended.

  Gave them the full details of the house over the phone for a bond clean. They went through a full list of questions, then I volunteered further information such as the house being double story, two living areas, an extra room/study but they didn't sound interested. They gave me a quote and I said I would get back to them the same day. An hour later they called back and offered me a lower price clearly desperate for the job. I went with the original price.
  I told them it would be a full day for two people. The day before they asked if they could start the job at midday instead of 8am, and they would put more people on it. I said that was fine but they would need to be there on time, not an hour either side as first indicated, and they assured me this would be fine. They were an hour late. I had to leave the house unlocked and go back to work.
  They then called and said that the house was bigger than the booking allowed for and they would only be doing upstairs. I had to negotiate with them but as our lease was up the following day they knew they had the upper hand. In the end I had to fork out an extra $300 to the cleaners to make sure it was all done.
  
  Recommend anyone booking with Optima Cleaners make sure ALL the details are listed on the invoice before paying.

  JP, the Optima Cleaners Technician who came to our home, was the consummate professional. He was on time, and had a polite and pleasant demeanour. His workmanship was of the highest quality: our mattresses are beautifully clean and fragrant.
  The price of the mattress cleaning was excellent value for money.
  The Call Centre staff were also great to deal with. They communicate so pleasantly and promptly: nothing is too much trouble.
  I look forward to using Optima Cleaners again.

  Absolutely the best clean that I’ve had! I have recommended their service to the building manager and also to the real estate agency. I found them to go above and beyond in every way. They took great pride in their work and provided service beyond what was expected, like cleaning the refrigerator inside and out. They did the balcony as well. I could not have been happier.
