I got my bond back straight away - my agent had no issues at all with the job completed. They were on time and provided me a receipt for my bond clean, carpet clean and pest inspection! The only issue was the receipt was a picture sent via email - In future I think it would be awesome if you could leave a hard copy at the property. No complaints about the service or price tho! I'll use them again

These guys did a bond clean for us. I called last minute and they squeezed me in when everyone else I’d called was booked out. They did a great job and I got my full bond back. I didn’t have to worry about anything as they cleaned all the areas I would’ve forgotten about. They were quick, efficient and professional. If you need a bond clean this company is for you!

After my other bond cleaners didn't show up, I had one day to find another company who could do the clean, carpet clean and pest control. Thankfully Roo Bond Cleaning was able to fit us in the next morning before we handed the keys in. They arrived on time and did a great clean. Their team was professional and friendly. Our real estate nit-picked a couple of things after the clean was complete but the cleaners were happy to come back and fix up those spots, and the real estate was then satisfied. Overall, a great experience - thank you!
