  3 visits to get two new tyres. They replaced the good tyre with 2 x flat tyres. In the end i had to pay for a new tyre. Bridgestone did give me a new tyre and then decided to pay for another new tyre. Finally finished then i go to hop into car and the inside drivers rest was covered in grease and tyre black. Sorry but it is the truth

  Price was good. Bought x4 Potenza 235x45x18, service was imo poor. 2.5hrs to fit new tyres and wheel alignment, no seat cover used by mechanic, some type of spray on drivers door and inside door panel.

  I spoke to Ryan at Bridgestone Select and he was very patient with me, as he worked out the cost of each set along with pro's and con's. Once decided on the right tyres, he made an appointment to bring in the car on the same day. The work was supposed to be finished by 5pm and they managed to get it all done by 4.35. It was a good experience and would definitely be coming back.

  Have found the team to be very polite and helpful. My only complaint is punctuality is not a strong suit but that is in part due to my car requiring a specific lift and care. So long as you factor time in they have been great.

  I had 4 Turanza Serenity Plus Tyres fitted and a Wheel Alignment done to my car in record time. They also gave me a 50,000km warranty on the tyres which is fantastic! My R34 Skyline drives amazing now and I couldn't be happier :)

  Offer alot of services here and they have a nice waiting area with water tea, coffee and toilets. Staff are friendly but theres always a wait. Not bad on price.

  Being sceptical from other reviews, I thought I'd give it a go.
  I am so happy I did because from my own experience it was nothing but exceptional service and a positive environment.
  I have had my tyres changed here and have had a full service on my car. I can not fault the hard work the guys put in.
  My car runs smoothly, it feels safe to drive and sounds healthy!
  The team themselves make you feel valued as a customer, they're extremely helpful, they care about safety and service. I will happily return again!
  Once again, thanks to the guys at Bridgestone Hoppers Crossing!

  I booked the car in for two rear tires at 9am, they suggested a 11.30am appointment.
  
  I arrived at 11.30am
  
  It's 12.38am now and it's still not done.
  
  They aren't at all apologetic. Apparently they have a "few guys off" but they had my number so they could have called me to tell me they are running late.
  
  Do yourself a favour. Do t come here for friendly service and a quick turn around.
