I had a skin cancer check done, which it went well, but people in reception are so rude and unhelpful, especially the lady on the phone. Reception is the first contact that clients have with the medical centre, so it shouldn't be like that. Please hire people that are polite with others and that are able to do their job and not frustrated one!!!!!!!

I'm really happy with the staff and doctors! I always go to Dr Rob Mundell for skin checks: he is professional, honest, friendly and always on time. recommended!!

Always open minded, helpful and caring. Easy enough to get an appointment, and their service is definitely worth paying the extra for.

Great medical centre, I see two of the GPs and the acupuncturist there and they are excellent. Reception staff are always lovely too, helpful and professional. They don't bulk bill but it's worth it to have this level of service.

Friendly, efficient staff; doctors and nurses who know what they're doing; never have had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in (with an appointment). Dr Rob is very lovely and patient! Definitely the best medical centre in the area.

Love this medical centre. My family and I have been coming here for a few years now. We travel a lot and found it before a trip to South America- we looked everywhere for a medical centre that had the Yellow Fever vaccine. GP on Ebley was the only medical centre we found that carried it along with a huge range of other travel vaccines! The doctors are fantastic and the reception staff are always so friendly. Such a great centre. Thanks for always looking after us!

I have been going to this surgery for years, my own doctor was not available to see, the receptionist suggested I see another doctor to get my blood pressure taken so I could get my regular prescription. I spent all of 5 mins with the doctor I was charged $90 when I asked why it was $90? When I have been charged $20 in the past she didn't have an explanation. Will never return to this surgery absolute rip off defiantly would not recommend it.

Went in for my flu shot, didn't have any problems. Staff seemed friendly and competent and I was out of there in good time.
