they always have what I need and it's fun to browse too. I might be able to get things cheaper elsewhere but it's very convenient for me so why shop around? The ladies there are very helpful too.

This store is great. Always helpful. Have been 3 or 4 times. No issues whatsoever. Ignore the review by Rebecca Chan. Giving a business that's been around for a long time, 1star because they were angry is not trying to be helpful, it's trying to cause damage.

Extremely poor (or shall I say non existent!) customer service, despite three staff members and being one of three customers in the store. Waited for about 10 minutes before deciding to approach a staff member unpacking boxes nearby only to have my enquiry met with harshness and hostility. Being a avid cake decorator, I will now (along with my friend) be getting my future supplies elsewhere!
