The cooler produced algae in the filter and container containing the water, even though we had it in a dark spot with no direct sunlight. Called for assistance and received no help, was basically told buy another filter or cover it. No concern from the phone operator who didn't even introduce him self. The worst customer service from a company I have ever received. Appalling..
