I was changing the license plate from another state.The moment I stepped inside the store for inspection, they have asked me for the money, before they even touch the car. The worst customer service ever. The car is almost brand new, 2019, with no fault, but there is for them that can not be fixed unless I PAY AGAIN. The car back seat got a cover which required a hole so the seat built can lock in its place or the cover can be removed, that is his opinion, which can actually be folded to the side to solve his problem. The front license plate got plastic cover which I got from the dealer that sold me the car and was seen by several police officers who did not say a word, but they did not want to do anything except saying you will have to repeat the whole inspection for the car and PAY again. Seriously I wasted my time and money. I should have searched well for an inspection garage. SAVE YOUR MONEY & READ THE FEEDBACK HERE, unfortunately I did not read it till I was a victim. I made several formal complaints. And last thing, it is called re inspection and not doing the whole inspection again, and that was a last attempt to take more money. Plus the staff needs to learn what is meant by customer service and manners.

Very reasonable approach to transport department vehicle inspection. I presented a car that had an engine transplant. There were a few small issues which they allowed me to adjust on-site. They could have easily failed the car and milked another inspection charge. Of course it was very circumstantial being able to repair on site. I recommend them for vehicle inspections. 👍🏻

If time and money is valuable to you, don't waste it on this business The owner could use a few anger management sessions to curb his enthusiasm for abusing customers..completely unwarranted and unprofessional; There's plenty of deserving small business's doing it tough that are working HARD to gain and retain customers, unfortunately for Lone Pine Mechanical, this is something they've yet to get an appreciation of. Stay clear and save yourself the indignity and inconvenience.

Pierre and his staff were polite, and completed work on my car within the specified timeframe. Price was better than quoted by another firm and when my check engine light showed its ugly head again, (the day after) they did a check and fixed it on the spot with no extra charge. Will definitely be going back for my service and brakes. :)
