Have been here many times ,about 12 in fact. Although still great accommodation in Tea Gardens daily maintenance is lacking. We stayed four nights and in that time the pool was not vacuumed, th gardens need a lot of attention and a bath towel lay in the gardens for the 5 days we were there even though the receptionist said she knew it was there.The car park was littered with rubbish and really does not give a good impression as you enter.
Come on management get out of the office and have a look around.

Right on the waterfront with magnificent views. Modern luxurious appartment with all amenities. Tv's in lounge toom and bedroom. Spa bath in the bathroom and gym and sauna on site. Close to restaurants, bars and clubs. A truly wonderful stay at this location.

Fantastic family-friendly resort with lap pool, artificial beach for kids and steam room. In walking distance to fish and chips, gelatin, coffee and the local pub.

Spent several weekends here over the years, keep coming back. Helpful staff, undercover parking, great rooms, excellent pool. Tea Gardens is a great weekend getaway.

Great Rooms. Seems like most rooms have a view over the pool and the river. All the rooms ned to be accessed by a single lift. Can be a wait to get up or down.

Quiet, relaxing great spot to recharge after heavy work period. Rooms well appointed with everything needed for self catering. Pool area fantastic and great for children, I would like to return with grandchildren.
