We were in a very run down room. Air conditioner didn't work. No microwave,big patch on wall where something had been moved,could have been mended. Shower could do with an update. Freezing all night!

The front desk was wonderful and extremely helpful when we arrived. Room is clean, air conditioning worked rather well, and the location is wonderful for many different shops and restaurants.

after being moved to a new room cause of staff on balcony listing in to me and my partner having adult fun,they moved us to no help he's tracked us down and was sitting on our 2nd balcony chair and still to this day I've had no reply to this situation its now been 3 weeks..

Called to confirm a room that was described as available by one employee and was yelled at by an older male and hung up on. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
