  Called and visited the store on Christmas Eve. I was absolutely blown away by the good-fashioned customer service. The gentleman at the shop went above and beyond to help me, I just had to buy more at the store to support them. Can highly recommend. Thank you again.

  Hired some speakers over the weekend of the 1 April and thought the service was great. Speakers sounded great although looked a tad weathered - none the less RCF speaker is a great box.
  Chap serving me was polite and knew the gear.

  Great hire company. Kevin is very helpful and knowledgable. I hired lighting, bubble machines and a fog machine from him and he went out of his way to help me test out the machines and install them properly on the night. The hiring cost is also very affordable and I was very happy with the service and equipment.
