I highly recommend Booran Suzuki for the sheer experience I faced throughout my purchase process. Raj has been exceptional in explaining the features and the potential of the vehicle. It was a test drive experience like none other. Praz handled the rest of the documentation and actual drive away process seamless. The color and variant of the vehicle I was looking for was arranged in a short duration and no fancy promises were made. Very happy with their service.

This is a hands down 5 star dealership. I work as a professional car broker so have delt with every dealership in Melbourne but when it comes to getting a car for a friend, family or myself this is only one I use as best service and best prices. They are also honest about delivery dates which is very important in a time where most cars are factory orders.

Best Team at Booran Suzuki!
Bought my little pocket rocket Jimny from Praz and had finance organised through Josh. Both had excellent communication and regularly updated me on progress. Excellent Service by the team( Praz), I purchased a new Suzuki Vitara from the dealership and my experience was just great. Praz was excellent to explain the features, arrange a test drive, and getting all the necessary documentation to complete the purchase. In 2022 when there are supply chain issues everywhere, still i was able to get the new car in less than a week. Keep up the excellent work Praz and team at Booran Suzuki.

While trying to replace our old car with a new Suzuki swift Glx Turbo, our initial experience at another Suzuki dealership left lots to be desired. Our next stop was at Booran Suzuki, and the experience was drastically different. We were greeted by Tyson, the soft spoken sales exec who took us through all the features, test drive and so on in detail. Also, we got a decent deal on our old car. The whole experience at the dealership made the buying process really casual without the nasty pushy sales tactics.

Suzuki, you should be proud of both Tyson and Raj, the sales manager whom we interacted with at the dealership.

Recently bought new Ignis, a second Suzuki car from this same dealer. A single most important reason for me to have returned to this dealer is the level of customer service that I get from the people who work there under Raj who runs a great team. They are honest and are quite negotiable with prices. A nice surprise this time when I went to pick up the car was that the car was fully fueled with new floor mats in place as complimentary, which I didn't even ask for. Buying a car can be quite daunting but never here. Highly recommended if you know that your next car is Suzuki. Go for Booran Suzuki and go for Melbourne Storm!!
