My entire family has been doing their travel bookings through Best and Less Travel for several years. We have always been satisfied with their service and efficiency in obtaining the best deals. I would like to specially mention one of the agents: Parul Grover. She is extremely patient, has excellent customer service, and I can always trust that she will find the right deal at the most economical price point for me. I am so pleased with her work ethic, that I specifically request for her when calling Best and Less to arrange for a booking.

Excellent customer service from Shraddha shah .
We have been booking with Best & Less for the past several years, and she have always obtained good prices and the service has been excellent.
More than anything I appreciate the fact that shraddha is best for me in ticket booking and the selection as well. Shraddha spent a long time on the phone with me and is very patiently listener. She is alwayshumble in her voice though of many alteration of tickets while selecting the best one for me. She is best in Melbourne's branch.

Have been booking through Best & Less Travels every year for the past 3 years. Excellent customer service by Parul. She always gives us the best price, dates and very customer friendly and e-tickets were delivered promptly. Sure to refer Best & Less travels to friends and family.

Excellent customer service from Parul. We have been booking with Best & Less for the past several years, and they have always obtained good prices and the service has been excellent.
More than anything I appreciate the fact that they are there for you even after the ticket is sold, and they have received payment. Parul spent a long time on the phone with the airline, with me listening to obtain the my preferred seats after the tickets were issued.

I have been served by ABHIJIT from Parramatta Branch and was happy with his service, he looked after my booking all time and organised tickets. The staff was good but the service which was promised was not delivered.
I booked tickets for my parents from Ahmedabad to Sydney. I was promised that they would get their checked baggage at Sydney airport. I requested the customer rep to confirm and she told me the exact same.
However, my old age parents had a horrible time. They had to check the baggage again at the domestic airport ( Ahmedabad to Bombay) and unfortunately their flight was late so they had to rush eventually detoriating their health issues.

Cheap price to match cheap customer service. Booked for family to go overseas, itinerary says all members going, get to airport , no ticket for infant :/ avoid. This is only one issue of many I've had with them.

I recently booked flights for my family to India and had the best service ever.

Our prices were matched and my brother in law also booked through them.
