We have just completed the Three Queens tour. We have had many experiences with travel agents over the last 20 years, and the organisation of this tour was impeccable. E-cruising ensured that we had no concerns with ticketing, transfers, accommodation etc. It was seamless. The Three Queens tour was excellent and extremely good value. We look forward to our next holiday with E-Cruising and will recommend our friends to do likewise.
Only one complaint..the meal on Scoot..chicken and mushroom/chicken casserole. It has the most peculiar, revolting flavour I have ever tasted and was inedible. On the return flight, since the meal was breakfast, I expected something different..but it was the same meal with a name change from mushroom to casserole. I suggest you try all there meals and make a better selection. the mushrooms even had a strange texture.
We arrived back home last Thursday after our cruise on the Ovation of the Seas. The hotel in Singapore was great as was all our included transfers .What a beautiful ship the Ovation is , the weather was against us but we still enjoyed ourselves and made some great friends. Everything was so simple booking with e cruising and thank you Jamie for making things so simple .Recommend e cruising and will book with them again.
Thank you Kara for another amazing cruise package on The Queen Victoria.
Cruising from Venice to Barcelona It was wow factor all the way.
Starting with our arrival in Venice Airport and being transferred by a state of the art speed boat on the Grand Canal to our sumptuous accommodation at Boscolo Venezia.
This hotel is set on an acre of fabulous gardens also on the Grand Canal the setting has to be seen to be believed. The cruise lived up to all our expectations ticking all the boxes. The ports were all brilliant. The food, accommodation, staff and entertainment were 1st class. The trip was hassle free ending with our transfer to our hotel in Barcelona.

Christine and John
Have just returned from the Apple Island Cruise- 7 days with Princess Cruises on Golden Princess. From start to finish the experience was great. The staff at Ecruising was very helpful as always (thank you Kara). The cruise was not long enough! Had a great time. Entertainment great especially the Production shows, great singers and dancers. Would recommend this short cruise to anyone
Top marks for our recent holiday and cruise to Greece , Italy , Spain . All transfers , hotels and tours were well organised .
Our 104 Day World Cruise on the Sun Princess from May to September was far to long with too many sea days. The activities were boring and repetitive and we were lucky we like reading. With so many sea days we looked forward to seeing a Movie occasionally but most were ancient from the 1950's and shown on the big screen on deck 12 even in bad weather with very few viewers.
The TV was terrible with the news mainly political, "The Love Boat"was shown continually as it was a Princess ship, and sport was shown at all different hours including 2 am in the morning.
The offshore Tours were expensive and double the price of Tours available onshore. This Cruise line still lives in the past with set Dining Room times which are too early or too late and with formal dress once a week.
In one week we had our fridge stop working which was not fixed for 3 days and the contents warm, then the toilet overflowed, then our cabin was flooded due to a broken pipe and we had to move for 3 days while the carpet was replaced.A day later 18 cabins and the hallway around the corner were flooded and all were moved elsewhere. This was apparently common throughout the ship.
There were many elderly people on board who needed medical attention and were offloaded at various ports and one by Helicopter which caused us to miss seeing Croatia, and 2 deaths before we reached Sydney.Perhaps it should be compulsory for everyone over a certain age to supply a medical certificate confirming they are healthy for such a long voyage.
We will not cruise on this ship again and it should be retired or updated along with the activities and dining.
The crew were fantastic and very helpful
Please pass these comments to Princess Line as I was too late to complete their survey

Alan.
First time with Ecruising Travel and it will be the last. Both flights were fine except that we paid $450 for two visas to Shanghai that we didn't need. We could have had 144 hours transit visas for free. I raised this with your rep before we left but was told we needed a visa through your recommended agent. You seriously need to update your information. Both hotels' accommodation were excellent but Shanghai had no information about things to do, a map, local attractions etc - all were non-existent. Local tourist info was also non-existent. The main problem was with transit from and to airport and ship port. Absolute chaos at all destinations in large crowds and high heat and humidity. In your documentation we understood that the reps would have an Ecruising sign with our names on it. This did not happen. They had a Tour East sign without our names on it. Over two hours to find your reps who had no idea who we were until I rang the emergency numbers on the transit sheet. Suggest the passenger has a sign with their names on it and the rep is advised to look for that. Due to the delay in Shanghai I was exposed to a gastro flu virus and spent the entire cruise either in bed or on the loo. I could not risk getting off the ship. Same in Singapore. Total disaster. Straight to my GP when I got home who ordered me to bed for a week with nuclear strength antibiotics. Hopefully there are no long term problems with my health.
overall, a very positive experience and well co ordinated. Let down only by some of the arranged contractors. Pickup in San Fran was not a positive experience and disappointing difficult to know who was there to pick us up when no signs were displayed. Despite being early for pick up, and several calls made, two Couples got left behind and had to wait for vehicle as first two took us to hotel. Felt that was by more luck than design. Transfer Pickup in Hawaii from hotel to airport was not handled well, with several people's name not on list. First two not on list were refused transport despite having a ticket. We were not on list for any time slot either in the later pickup, but our driver was more accommodating and took us regardless.
Second time we have used Ecruising and they have been terrific both times. Loved our recent cruise to Fiji with RC and can't wait to do another. Great ship, great food, great facilities, friendly and professional staff and world class shows. Excellent value.
Our holiday was one to remember with the start of the process on booking the adventure.
We received all our documents it was easy to get everything we need. The trip was hassle free, walk on the cruise ship settle in our cabin so easy. Highly recommend Ecruising for your next cruise .
Leah was ur travel consultant and was most helpful. We have just come back from a 15 day cruise on the Queen Elizabeth from Sydney to Kobe Japan. The Queen was magnificent and quiet formal which I liked. you could not fault anything on this ship. After disembarking from the ship at Kobe, Leah had organized a Limousine pickup from Kobe to Kyoto. The driver was very courteous and pleasant. We stayed at the ANA Crown Plaza in Kyoto which was very pleasant and had great food. One day we had a half day tour of Kyoto (just the 2 of us) walking & buses. The tour was very informative and again the guide spoke excellent English and was very pleasant & accommodating to our needs.
It all was a very pleasant experience and we certainly would use Ecruising travel .again.
Have used Cruising over several years, have tried a couple of others sometimes cheaper; but they cannot match the service of the team at Ecruising.
They are totally reliable and follow up in great detail. Their packages are the very best value great hotels and trips.
Will always be my preferred agency now and in the future.
Thanks to the best team in the cruise industry business.
