Worst customer service ever.I walked into the store to purchase a laundry tap. I was totally ignored by the two men in there and after half an hour I just walked out unnoticed and not being served or spoken to.

I was told to ring back later in the week to check if a product was in stock.
So today I called back and was told that I could not be served right now because he is training a new staff member? (Not sure how that is my problem?) and that he was too busy.. I did ask if anyone else could take my call and was told the other staff was also too busy..
Bad customer service!
I was in shock he answered the phone to tell a customer they cannot be served.. ridiculous.response / report this review -

Maybe its okay for the tradies, but I had to ask the baths to be wiped down. Small range anyway.
