  When I bought my apartment last year, the last thing I expected was to have purchased an underlying termite problem. When I began to notice unusual floor board conditions, I decided I needed an expert and called Specialist Termite Control. From the instant I spoke with a lovely knowledgeable staff member I was put at ease. I was given a time for Liam (one of the termite experts) to come to assess my home. He confirmed my suspicions and even showed me evidence of the active termites under my floor. We discussed the options and being adverse to using a poison I decided that a contraceptive bait was the kindest/safest solution all round. I had my bait installed in January and Liam returned monthly to check the termites were eating the bait. Liam was always punctual, polite and incredibly knowledgeable and respectful. He would let me know exactly when he would arrive and wound work efficiently and cleanly each time.
  Happily I can report that the bait were taken early and as of August 2022, I no longer have a problem with termites.
  
  I cannot recommend Specialist Termite Control more highly, their staff and technicians are first class.

  Highly recommend these guys! They squeezed us in at very late notice, to get a home/pest inspection done last minute before we put an offer in on a place we liked. Very detailed report received and evidence of previous termite activity uncovered (not serious), which we were then able to tell the agent/vendor we knew about. I believe this was why the vendor went with us in the end! Thanks Rob and team for your professional and thorough service, and for landing us our first home!! 🙌🏽

  Rob from Specialist Termite Control came to conduct a property inspection at a house we were looking to purchase. The communication from the company was top notch all through the process and the level of customer care was exemplary.
  Rob turned up right on time and conducted a thorough review of the property. He provided an extensive report, and also explained the findings in a way that was easy for me (someone with no termite knowledge) to understand.
  I'd recommend Specialist Termite Control to anyone looking for a termite inspection on a property.

  The team at Specialist Termite Control are professional and know what they’re doing. Since engaging them they’ve been of great help to get termites and pests at bay at our house. Tom and the rest of the team are very knowledgeable, always available to explain the processes in depth, and keen to answer any questions. They go the extra mile and that makes a big difference, I will continue to use them and highly recommend them.

  Ben was extraordinarily professional, timely and explained the process clearly. There is a lot of work that goes into preparing for termite control from baiting through to repelling, digging and drilling.
  
  This company was the only one out of 3 I’d approached that offered full inspection reporting, treatment certificates and follow up inspections post treatments. It filled me with confidence that they knew what they were doing and were not industry cowboys.
  
  Other quotes came in cheaper but the quality of service that Specialist Termite Control quoted was targeted, specific and represented value for money. As soon as Ben walked away after quoting us we knew this was the company we needed to resolve our issues.
