The Gas Log Fire Company installed a Regency FG39 gas log fire (freestanding) to replace my old wood heater on an existing brick hearth. It looks great and performs very well. They were able to remove the old external flue which has also improved the appearance of the house.
Removal of the old heater and installation of the FG39 was completed in less than a day.
I'm very happy with the result and would recommend Mark and the team at Gas Log Fire Company to anyone contemplating replacing their wood heater.

Many thanks to The Gas Log Fire Company for their excellent service and their honest and fair pricing.
We were quoted an extremely high price for a service by another company, and told that we needed parts costing about $1500.00. In addition.
We contacted The gas log fire company, who sent Andrew to help us.
He did the service for far less than the previous quote, and then reassured us that it only needed a part costing less than $200.00.
Top company, honest, and reliable I can recommend them with complete confidence.

This company was brilliant. They organised an initial inspection and quote really quickly and efficiently. They then came up with a good solution whereas I had another 3 companies tell me it was all too hard. They then did a really good job installing the new fireplace. Neat and tidy and on time. Everyone I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and professional. Great outcome. Very happy.

From start to finish this was a positive experience for us. When I made my initial enquiry at the Richmond Office, everything was explained to me clearly, and the installation went without a hitch. Now we have a beautifully warm living space with an easy to operate gas log fire.
