I have been buying alpaca fleece from misty blue for years and never had an issue. The last lot I bought was bad quality. Full of leaves and sticks and very short in length. I contacted misty blue and provided photos and was told I would receive a replacement fleece. I did not receive the fleece and when I contacted them again I was told it was in the mail. I still did not receive it and when I contacted them again I got an apology but still no fleece. I informed them that I would never return as a customer and they did not care at all. Disappointed to say the least.
