Views to die for! Peaceful and serene. Easy road access (5-10 min) to beaches and Apollo Bay shops 10-15 min away. Had a wonderful stay.

I've stayed here twice. Two weeks ago for two nights and then came back with my kids for the long weekend because it's just so nice. I stayed in the deluxe spa room on level 1. Amazing views of Apollo bay. Very nice villa. Nice main bedroom, although the mattress is a little hard for me. The 2nd bedroom is nice with two singles. Good sized bathroom with a washing machine which is a bonus just bring some washing powder, they provide a clothes horse. Has a nice kicthen with good sized fridge. They is a bbq for each villa which is awesome. Some people complain because they have foxtel channels and not free to airwell you're in the bush? Seriously. Some people complain because you need to empty your trash bag in the bins outside they provide? It's so not a big deal. It's beautiful here, it's relaxing and quiet. It's a 5 min drive down to apollo bay, and a good spot to travel around. I will definitely come back here. It's worth the money and other people complaining have ridiculous standards. It's lovely and I highly recommend it!

The room has a five star view, with 4 star prices and if there was a two and half star rating i would have given a overall two and half stars, We had a towel in the Bath room that had a large hole in it and was dirty The blinds in the lounge where hanging off and had grease and dirt on them, the pole the blinds pulled across was broken in the middle. the carpet in the lounge was warn, and the furniture was dated and the place could have done with a coat of paint. But thing that made it worse was the Ironing board, looked some had picked it up from the tip, It had a number burnt holes and it was very dirty. Suggest the owners take a good look at what they are offering. There is no way I'd ever go back there.

After a long day on the road, I was anxious to get to our "villa" for some R&R and great views. Instead we arrived to what I can only describe as a dump. The owners should be ashamed. TripAdvisor classifies Beacon Point as luxury, it is not, by any stretch of the imagination. Our room was full of bugs (spiders, moths, ants, etc.) both dead and alive, dusty old furniture, dirty carpet, a very thick wood smell, and rusty old appliances. On top of the dirt, they have the audacity to post a note demanding that all dishes be washed, dried and put away or a charge of $50 will be assessed. The bathroom configuration is odd as you have to walk around the corner from the toilet to wash your hands. The TV is tiny and tucked in the corner and cheapest, smallest essentials are sloppy left for use. The property is a danger to navigate at night as their is not a single light to help you up the steep unpaved drive. If we would have arrived earlier I would have left, we got through the night. This place gave us the creeps and is by far the worst "hotels" I have ever stayed.
