Fantastic location, yum food, but definitely on the pricey side. The upper balcony is lovely to sit on and enjoy some food.

Location is good, food was great, hats off to the chefs. We ordered 5 diffrent things and all excellent. Shame about the staff, zero manners and not even a smile. If you aren't happy in hospitality, don't do it. Staff totally let this place down

Organising a team event for 40 people will always have it's hurdles but not when it comes to arranging such an event with the Lorne Pub. Their team are fantastic, the food & service amazing & our staff are all still raving about the food. I cannot thank everyone enough for making our night memorable & we all look forward to returning soon! Thank you all!

Had fettuccine marinara for dinner and it was so fresh and delicious. Huge amount of seafood for the price and really big serve. Came out very quickly too - great service.

We came here for dinner while staying in Lorne. My partner ordered the giant t-bone and I ordered the eye fillet. My partners steak was definitely not giant. And both steaks came out well done instead of the medium rare we ordered. However the creme caramel was delicious.

Me and my partner were away for a lovely weekend. We were staying across the road so on the first night we went over to have a meal and watch the footy. For starters the game wasnt even on in the bar.
And secondly we both had food poisoning all the next day and got to do nothing but hug the toilet in our room all day. Whatever you do dont get the seafood. It ruined our weekend and we didnt get to see any of what beautiful lorne has to offer.response / report this review -

The staff were very prompt to clean up mess left behind by customers. A very attractive venue. I came to see the Holy Holy music event and loved it.

Wow. This place has an amazing food service. It's like They've brought you your food before you've even paid for it! The chicken parma is like our of this world. Ok. It's not Melbourne, but hey, we're on the great ocean road tourist trail but the fact that food Congress out of the kitchen at warp 9 is something to behold. Definitely be back here again.

Grand old hotel right on the beach in Lorne. Accommodation was reasonably priced however the place is showing its age and rooms could do with a makeover. Food and drinks prices are high however it is conveniently located next to a variety of other places to dine and enjoy the seaside location.
