  Bought a Defender, we loved dealing with Tom Shen. He was really approachable, professional and comfortable to communicate with, and his knowledge in finance field was exquisite. Definitely refreshing to come across a car salesman with good ethics, we felt like he listened and had our best interests at heart. The overall experience was just Fantastic! I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Tom and his team for looking after me in my purchase of Land rover.

  The service delivered by Tom Shen was attentive and professional, was helpful in keeping me updated whilst waiting for my new car. After working out what I liked and did not like he guided me towards a vehicle I hadn't even considered and very passionate about explaining all the features of the vehicle. Strongly recommend speaking to Tom for your next new Land Rover.

  Thanks so much to Lachlan and Tom for all your help during the purchase of my new Jaguar.
  Although it was a long wait (due to the pandemic) from ordering the car to receiving it - this was communicated from the get go so I was under no illusions that there wouldn't be a wait. In fact, the car arrived exactly in the time frame I was given back in November when I placed the order.
  Nothing was an issue for Lachlan or Tom in the finance department, they certainly made the whole process of buying a new vehicle very easy.
  Keep up the great work team!

  Tom Shen from finance made the process unbelievably smooth as he worked overtime to accommodate my needs and requests. His response time to any questions I had was fast, honest and professional and I would highly recommend going to Berwick land rover for all your motor vehicle needs as I got the best deal through Tom. This is by far the best experience I have had. The used Porsche I purchased is outstanding!! One very happy customer.

  Singularly the BEST purchasing experience I’ve had, (and I have bought a lot of cars!). None of this keeping you waiting for ages to make a decision, it was quick and respectful.
  
  Absolutely wonderful customer service from salesman named Tom Shen. He was efficient in his responses with any questions we had for him and very reliable. He was informative with information we needed and just all round very helpful, finance was approved super fast and insurance arranged timely. Hassle free business!!
  
  The range rover sport is also immaculate, cannot fault it. We are very satisfied!
