  We could not fault the sales service at Berwick Hyundai. On the day we went looking at cars we went into other brand dealerships and were not approached. The complete opposite occurred at Berwick Hyundai where we were assisted by the receptionist until a sales person was available. We dealt with Ray who was outstanding in providing us with information we needed to know. The extra ‘small things’ such as video messages about the car were impressive to say the least. We would recommend this dealership and recommend the Hyundai car which has a quality finish and is value for money.

  Outstanding service provided by the whole team when purchasing and picking up my new car. I highly recommend talking to Tyson or Sarah if you’re in the market for a new car, and Jessika for seamless and easy finance.

  I would like to send out our AMAZING experience with Berwick Hyundai.
  My mum and I went in to Berwick Hyundai after looking at a few other dealerships and we were blown away by the warmth welcome we received. You could tell the sales people genuinely cared about you and finding the car that suits your needs. We were welcomed by Paul who gave us a warm welcome and a friendly face to talk to. We then spoke with Sebastian who took his time to listen to our needs and find the car that he thought would suit us best. Seb was an awesome salesperson and we would definitely recommend him to others. We went in for a test drive this morning and brought a car which is very exciting as it is My mum’s first new car. We then dealt with Jess another member of the team who was amazing.
  Overall we are blown away at the response we got. After hearing word of mouth that “car dealerships” just care about money, we completely disagree. We will continue to refer people to Berwick Hyundai as we have had the best experience yet.

  Today Fran picked up her new Tucson and the whole experience from the Hyundai Team was absolutely fantastic starting with Paul the sales manager to head salesperson Ray these guys made Frans whole experience of buying a new car fantastic thank you we would also love to thank Luciat for your fantastic work and attention to detail the car looked my god fantastic and Fran loved everything you did we also would love to thank Jesskia on the work you did as well it made Frans process really smooth and just like to say thank you to the whole Berwick Hyundai Team you guys do amazing work we would recommend going down and buying a car off these people you won’t be disappointed kind Regards Fran and John

  After choosing the Venue Elite was the car for me, I then set about choosing my colour, isn't that what you do when buying your 1st ever brand new car?
  With my heart set on 'pretty' blue I went on the search, being a rural resident this was done with Car Sales on-line.
  When I found one at Berwick Hyundai the distance (about 380km) was no problem, from my 1st phone call to Sebastian to after sales service I can not fault the team. Sebastian kindly walked me through all the steps I needed to do remotely, including the uploading my trade-in photos.
  So happy with my new car & so grateful that the distance was never an issue for the team.
