Purchased a top of the line Skoda Kodiaq RS from Eastside several months ago. While the overall experience of purchasing was satisfactory, the brand new car came without the engine covers. I was told that they were faulty and that the manufacturer will be shipping off a new engine cover soon.
More than six months have passed, despite several follow-ups, no updates, no proactive contact from Eastside service department. You buy a 76k dollar vehicle and get treated worse than a 2nd hand car buyer will get treated. Never going back to Eastside for a vehicle purchase despite being in love with Skoda’s.
I don’t want this to be an unauthentic post or review hence wish to clarify that the RS is a beast and it’s a ridiculously good car.

Recently purchased a three Skoda Kodiaq from Eastside Skoda. The buying and aftercare service provided by Albert and Rob at Skoda was exceptional. Have no hesitation in recommending Rob to any prospective buyers as Albert already left. Thank you Robert.

After an initial hiccup when the vehicle was first ordered due to a change in staffing, I am more than happy with the service provided by the Sales team at Eastside Skoda during a difficult time thanks to Covid restrictions. Special thanks go to Rob Little for his service and ease to deal with. Thanks to Alberto Aurisano for a most comprehensive handover. After buying numerous new cars, this is the first time that a car has been delivered with a full tank of fuel without having to negotiate not a major thing, but a very pleasant surprise. I now look forward to a long association with the guys at Eastside Skoda who will be looking after my Kodiaq Sportline.
