What a great place for a little stopover on your way back from a day out in the towns or hills. A quick stop to break up the drive home and fill up on one (or two) of their amazing and famous pies. Well worth the effort and available parking is pretty easy to find too!

This place is very popular, but I think the quality of the baked goods has dropped. I used to visit here five or six years ago, and things like their bee sting actually had a nice flavour to them. This time it was an amorphous blob and I couldn't discern any honey flavour. Very sad

Always busy. Has always been fairly popular for a long drive stop in especially for pies but its quality and service seem to be going down hill with its ongoing high trade. Still has a great range though.

Nice coffee, great food, prompt and friendly service.

I love their coffee and their savoury scones. Saturday's and Sunday's are extremely busy, as is any public or school holiday but there is plenty of parking but not a whole lot of seating. Weekdays are best to visit.

We always love Beechworth Bakery. They have comfortable places to sit many near a fire place. There is usually reading material available. Their focacias are really nice. Their bakery things sausage rolls, meat pies and their tarts are lovely. The bottomless cups of tea are also nice. In all aspects this us an awesome place. We always visit whenever we are in Healesville. Highly recommended.

Has great pies, sausage rolls, and cakes. Nice seating inside and out back. Toilets are out back and clean. I wasn't impressed with the coffee, it just tasted cheap, milky and had little flavor.

large bakery. Good place to meet for a quick bite and a coffee if you're into that sort of thing. Always busy so sometimes there is a wait. Plenty of tables inside and outside.

It's a country bakery that's popular with the tourists and school groups that come through. If you don't mind sitting next to the plush teddy bears, branded peak caps and other Beechworth Bakery merchandise, you'll be happy.
If you're driving through, great for a quick pit stop or as an arvo tea trip if you're in the area, but wouldn't say it's a must-do.
Steak and Mushroom pie was decent and the vanilla slice was as you remember it from your childhood: complete with super sweet pink icing and wobbly vanilla custard.response / report this review -

Lovely desserts.. I was so full bit still couldn't stop eating the French vanilla slice..The chicken panini was also nice and so was the mocha..A thumbs up for sure!

Good easily accessible bakery in Healesville for some lunch. Good outdoor area at the back by the river. Ned Kelly Pie is great.
