Can't recommend a better Vet. The best staff who are very kind, good prices and the best care possible for my dog. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

    pretty poor.
mammory gland surgery.may i ask where the drain tubes are?
taking her back to you with sever swelling and with infection 10 days later and advised to take her home with more meds. thanks for charging me againtotalling now 980.
10 days later (total 20 days) found the vet you should have recommended in the first place.
your 800 dollar botched surgery has caused nothing but dramas.
    now totalling $1800.
you are NOT caring at all and when politley questioned your staff are just rude and walk away from direct conversation or question.
you give 32mls of antibiotics for skin tag removal (separate visits) and 10mg for the mammory sugery?? even i know as an unqualified something is severley wrong with your vets prescriptions.
so in the end we had 1.5lt of fluid removed. and is now on the mend. no thanks to balaclava vets.
