Awful company. Booked a private car through the website because we couldn't get a hold of anyone on the provided phone numbers. When our plane landed the next day, they had no idea about the booking. Was forced to pay a separate company for a taxi ride and nearly missed our connection to our boat that was a 3 day non refundable tour of the Whitsundays. Very stressful day and not at all what you expect when you go on holiday Tried seeking refund for the private car, but since I paid through PayPal (they charge an extra fee if you don't), they said to contact PayPal for a refund. Provided zero help in the matter. I called them back to tell them a refund was not working through PayPal but I could never get anyone on the phone. So I'm out $100. Highly recommend you AVOID this company!!!

Good on-time service: To start with, I had good communications with Jen way before my arrival (by email). Not a phone call was required in both our from- and -to airport trips as the driver is perfectly on time (or waiting for us for the late flight).
