Staff were fantastic.

Bond clean was scheduled when I wasn’t at property. I got held up at work and wasn’t available to answer phone calls from cleaning staff about where house key was. Cleaner used initiative and found the key (in the switchboard box) and started cleaning even before Bbright got hold of me.

Really impressed, and bond was returned.

After living in a townhouse for 7 years and booking a bond clean, carpet and flea treatment it was absolutely sparkling clean and cannot thank B’Bright enough for making our exiting process so much easier. Out of the 6 or 7 companies who provided me a quote, b’bright came in at the lowest price with the best value for money. The person sent to clean my apartment did a great job and was very thorough. I asked the owner of the property what their opinion was and they were very happy. This is good news when it comes to getting your bond back. I highly recommend B'Bright Bond Cleaning and will certainly use them again in the future.

Just exceptional from the start to the finish! I found B’Bright from the google reviews and was so impressed by the attention to detail in every area. The house looked better than it did at the open home. They made me wish I was staying on. I wish there was a 10 star option so I can give that the B’Bright. Do not bother wasting your time. They were recommended by our property manager to do the bond clean - they have been to our unit complex many times in the past so we went with them in the hope there would be no fuss. They firstly quoted $400, which we thought was fair (2 bed, 2 bath,100m2 in total), but then tried to increase the price to $590 on the day! This included extra costs for things which were included in their first quote, and they even wanted extra for carrying equipment up the stairs (when they knew the apartment was on the 2nd floor when they did the first quote). Needless to say, I do not recommend using this company.

Great to deal with, very organised and efficient. We hired B'Bright for a bond clean and they knew their stuff, turned up right on time with all the right gear. No complaints at all, the apartment was spotless, they were very thorough. We got our bond back, I would definitely use these guys again.

Seriously incredible!!! I could not have imagined how clean they would get my two bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished apartment. Not a single thing was left unturned.
