  I am please with the quality of the job over all. Reason for the 3 star rating is that I had been quoted $860 for a Bond Clean, pest report and carpet cleaning and on the day the clean was happening I received a phone call from the cleaner themselves saying that for them to go ahead and complete the job it was going to be an extra $300, bringing the total to $1160 and they also insisted that I had to pay the full amount before they were going to start the clean. Was very annoyed as I had no other option to agree to this or I would not have got the bond clean done in time before handing my keys back.

  Excellent Service. I have had my share of experience with bond cleaning services in the past but Gill’s team is amazing and friendly. They made the whole process stress free. Would absolutely use your service again.

  Gill and his team did a fantastic job of our bond clean, carpet clean and pest control for a competitive price. The real estate were nit-picking and made us return to sweep a bathroom. Gill was super responsive and fixed it up to the real estate requirements within an hour.
  
  I would recommend Prime Bond Cleaning. They weren't the fastest but they did a great job and if you ever need the cleaner to come back, they do it no worries.

  Gill and his team are fantastic. They went above and beyond for us, and we are very grateful. Our property manager was quite difficult, and Prime Bond Cleaning dealt with everything extremely professionally. We received our full bond back, and would highly recommend Gill and the Prime Bond Cleaning team to anyone looking for excellent service in every aspect.

  They certainly offer you the Quality. They came back and fix the little issue that the real estate was having at 8 pm night before the second inspection so that we can have our full bond back. They are very hard working and trustworthy people. I appreciate the work that they have done for us and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and all of you reading this review. Definitely without a second thought, the best they provide; They know what they are doing and If there is a issue-trust me they will fix it and will not abandon you :) :)
