DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH JONO!! Poor service, false advertisement cancelled on me first held my deposit essentially for ransom forcing me to "upgrade" to get it back then threatened me after I said i was going to write a bad review and ignored my complaints and proceeded to not know me as a customer.

I booked with another party bus business and told them my story they said they had customers come from jono with similar stories ijust goes to show how bad the service is, will be contacting fair work and taking this further.

Jono provided a professional service and was very friendly. We booked for a bucks party and had the best time. Would recommend to others & will rebook again if there is another occasion.

Great day with friendly service. Communicating with Jon throughout the week leading up the event was efficient and easy. Due to the extreme weather we had to change plans last minute and he was very accommodating. We had a really great day and would definitely recommend Jono's Party Bus to others.

My friend hired one for her daughter's 9 years party.
The reviews and photos of the buses are good so she went ahead with it.
Now when we got the bus the inside wasn't safe. Ceilings were ducktaped, lights broken

The driver was nice so that was good. I wish I could say the same about the state of the bus.

Felt so bad for our friend. If anyone here managed to get really nice buses then you guys have been lucky.

We were pushed aside when we viewed our concerns. Bad service on our end.
