I used pro bond cleaning for a bond clean from my rental, thinking I was doing the right thing. I also paid extra for my garage and balcony to be included in the clean. They called me up and told me they would need more time then anticipated to clean my rental, which I agreed to as I was happy to pay extra for a good clean. However, it only took them four hours to complete bond cleaning the property, which I was apprehensive about at the time, considering a normal bond clean takes six hours and they required more but only took four hours. I wish I had listened to my apprehension but as I had moved four hours north I could not check. My house was not cleaned properly with mess on the flooring on the interior and the garage and balcony I paid extra for was not done at all. It took longer than a week for me to get an exit report from my rental agents detailing what was wrong, so Pro Bond cleaning refused to come and rectify the issues which they misleadingly state is part of their 100% guarantee. Now I have to get a professional cleaner in through my real estate which is embarrassing considering I wanted to have the property looking good for potential new tenants. $750 later and I have to pay another at least $500 for someone to do the job properly.

Despite a setback on the day of the clean with a scheduling issue, Anna and Renee at PRO Bond Cleaning were very professional and easy to deal with, providing solutions at every turn. The cleaning job itself was great and I'd be happy to use this company again in the future.

I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for a quality clean at a great price, especially on short notice.

I used Pro Bond Cleaning services for my bond clean. They did a great job on most of the property. However, the cleaner had accidentally left some small damage in the kitchen.

When I discussed this with ProBond, they accepted the mistake and assured me they would repair the damage. This was done in a professional and friendly manner, making it easier for all in this unfortunate situation. In the end the damage was repaired, paid for and I received my bond. The way Probond dealt with this situation gives me the confidence to use them again.
