New to Canberra and took a chance coming to Autoco, very happy with the outcome. Come in because my engine was making a funny noise, bloke at the counter was very helpful and new what it was straight away, made an appointment for the next day early morning and was fixed within a couple hours, would highly recommend.

I am regular customer, had an impression that this is a good place for service in general. However after my last service I am not confident in the service quality. Three days after the service, car failed to start - all lights were off, no response to turning ignition key. I though that this is a bit strange that the battery died so suddenly on a regularly driven car. I opened the hood, and immediately saw that the battery terminal was covered by a huge pile of oxide. I cleaned the contacts, and everything worked fine since. The oxidation certainly was there when the car went for service (again - just two days earlier) - so it seems that it was not looked at, but it was VERY obvious when you look in the engine compartment. I am now worried that a more serious/dangerous developing fault will not be noticed by such an inattentive service (which should include basic inspection). My conclusion is that service is done, inspection is not.

I've been going here for years because I learned early that they do great work and they guarantee their service. It's not the cheapest but you pay for the quality. Definitely recommend these guys.

Reasonable price for regular maintenance, but will never come back for part repair or repleacement. TOO EXPENSIVE compared to other gallery, not to say ebay.

Hand car in on time to have to wait for 5 hours just to have my window glass to be pulled up and held in place using no new parts but still charged for $145 just for labour! for a job that i've been told could have been done in just 30 mins. they later informed me the part they said would cost $500 just for the part not including labour. i checked and found the part would only cost me $150 if i bought it myself. this place is preys on the misinformed DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had my car serviced at Autoco and found all the guys there really friendly and helpful! They explained everything and I never felt like an idiot. :) Will be going back there again.
