there quick to take your money for the parts but can nevrer bring them on time even if you have called 3times and stressed the importance of needing the parts the driver dont care either as if they run a bit late they just go home and not deliver or contact you that there not coming bad customer service and this is not the fist time its happened

All the staff have a great attitude and are extremely efficient. The warehouse has an excellent standard of workplace safety with all equipment well maintained. Overall, it's a fine example of a well run depot.

Dont order from these people if you need your order shipped on the same day. Ordered in the morning, told the goods would arrive in the afternoon when they hadnt arrived by 4.00pm I was told the goods were on the courier for the next morning. We have had to keep a customers car, unable to pass the car for rego, complete inconvenience for all of us. They have a stupid process for taking credit cards, the manager of the company has to process them and they only process twice a day, therefore you dont get your parts because of their inefficiency. Recommend finding another supplier that has a system that works properly and gets goods out on the same day. As if things have not been hard enough for us in the auto industry and then we have to deal with a company that gives incorrect information and horrible service.

Bought some tailgate struts from these guys with the product stating 2yr warranty. Contacted these guys after 5 months due to the product failing to discuss warranty or product replacement - typical we had no further contact or response from them.
These guys will not honour any warranty, so beware and do not purchase from these frauds.

I’ve written off my car to this company, they claimed my insurance refunds back to them account in private and didn’t return the money to me. Insurance company confirmed the refunds already, but they denied. Even not too much money, the feeling is so bad.
