Extremely disappointed with the service we received from this company. A verbal commitment was made to hold stone for us at their warehouse while we waited for our builder to begin work. I did not want work to begin without making sure we had all supplies required.We had done business with Gather Co previously and had an outstanding credit. When it came time for delivery the stone we reserved was sold and out of stock for the next 3-4 months. It left us in a position of scrambling with 2 days to find a replacement for our half renovated pool. Not ideal when most showrooms are already low in stock due to import issues with COVID.
