Steve's a legend, down to earth straight up advice. Largest husqvarna supplier there is. The shop is packed with bikes. Clean and tidy workshop give the impression that if they take care of their gear then them will most certainly take care of your bike.

These guys are the best whether it's bikes or gear. Got some awesome Tech7 Dry boots and a Airih Commander helmet that is like the Swiss army knife of helmets. Very knowledgeable

Finally.a motorbike shop that understands great customer service! After reluctantly attempting to deal with all of the useless harley dealerships in Melbourne, I have come across a shop that can actually get parts in a reasonable time frame, competitively priced, happy to work with me to book in a time (this year) and most importantly knows how to answer the phone! I will be taking my bike here from now on, no question! A quick thanks to Michael and Linda for your excellent service! I love the white wall tyres! Keep it up.

Im a very happy customer i took my bike in because my clutch didn't feel right and battery was always going flat, a bloke named kyle said give us an hour will do some test after an hour of testing he said its your stater and said it will cost around $370 i said ok ill sit on it and think about it and i was not charged anything for them testing it,after a few days i thought ok ill take it in and get it done when i got the bill and my bike back the bill for the stater it was only around the $175 mark because the stater didn't need the be completely rewend only a few wires needed it, now im very weirry and have trouble trusting mechanics and sales men and if these guys wanted to the could have charged me full price for half a job but being honest blokes they didn't i will always bring my bike here from now on knowing these guys are 100% trust worthy great thanks to kyle would have to say the best customer service person i have ever had dealings with

Kyle at MotoGC was a pleasure to deal with and was extremely helpful. Got a new set of tyres ordered as they seemed to be a rare size so nobody had them in stock, so he called up the supplier and called me back within 5 minutes with a quote. Took just over an hour to get the tyres balanced fitted and was a funny experience cause at first they forgot to do the rear but smashed it out quick but with quality work. Cheers guys!

Found Glen the owner good to deal with even though ihsd not spoken to him face to face. The price he gsve me over the phone was really good and that said it all to me about the way he runs his shop.
Also to Steve who finished the sale off on saturday when my son and i picked up the bike.found him friendly and ran through everything with us and a real genuine person and good in what he bring to the business. Top bloke

Great Customer service. always honest with their prices. Best place to get your motorcycle serviced. I get my R1 serviced from them. Steve is the best salesperson and Fraser has a lot of knowledge about motorbike service.
Great customer service skills and they always put a smile on your face. The owner Glen is very friendly and helpful. They all have a great knowledge about motorcycles.

My CBR1000 had been stolen and the police had managed to find it with some damage. The whole system around the ignition had been drilled into and those blokes had tried to hot wire the bike. Took the bike to MotoGC, they being my preferred workshop. Gave me an initial estimate based on visual damage and after an initial deposit started working on it. It took almost 2 and a half months of procuring parts and doing various fixes but at the end the bike was fixed and looking Mickey Mouse. I didn't have insurance and they gave me a great deal on parts and labor. Shout out to Carl & Frazer for all the help and advice!

I needed some spare parts for a road bike service.
Spoke with Jimmy in spare parts and got what I required.
He had great product knowledge and a no fuss attitude.
They didn't have one part I required but organised the next best thing at the same price.
Overall a pleasant experience. I'll be back.

My husband and nephew bought new bikes from this dealer and the service has been sub partook five months to replace faulty exhaust.my husband had to deal with manufacturers himself as they take responsibility for the products they sell..same as nephew..ordered new exhaust and told be here next week six weeks later after many a phone call finally got itthey say they will call you but never do.now my husbands bike has been in there shop for four weeks due to major recall on engine,no eta when it will be fixed as they havent made replacement parts yet.hmmmmmm honda has now turned to crap..would not buy another honda or a bike from this shop ever again.glenn the boss has the attitude of bad luck you bought it now you suffer with it,not our problem!nice customer service if you could call it thatwhatever happened to we stand by what we sell..

I ordered a front fender for my motorcycle on Saturday & got a text message on Tuesday. Upon arriving, Andrew happily fitted the fender on my bike free of charge immediately. I will be definately going back there to get my bike service in the future.
