  I found Dr Kwong to be excellent. She was knowledgeable and had a good understanding of my health issues.

  Could not give enough stars for Dr Angela. Best bedside manner and genuinely cares about her patients. I could not recommend this doctor enough. The ladies at the front desk are also so kind and friendly always. I could not be happier coming here and can’t imagine going to a different doctor

  OK service, knowledgeable, experienced doctors. However, they are massively understaffed, thus the doctors they do have are overworked. Don't expect to get an appointment within a few hours, even if it's an emergency. I once phoned at 9am with (what turned out to be) a throat infection and the earliest they could see me was 5.30pm! There was only one doctor on in the morning and two in the afternoon! Needless to say, I went somewhere is.
  
  The overworkedness also means you shouldn't expect any follow-ups or niceties. I phoned regarding my blood test results, the receptionist said the doctor was busy and he would phone me back, but that I shouldn't hold my breath. He didn't phone me back. In the end I Googled each of the results that were outside normal range to see if there was anything to worry about. Thankfully, there wasn't.
  
  So, fine to use if time is not of the essence and if a follow-up is not required. Otherwise, best to go somewhere else.

  I saw Dr Anca (Dr Ancuta Slimovschi) for a referral. She was very kind, patient and professional. More importantly she was very caring and empathetic when discussing sensitive issues, which I really appreciated. Thank you Dr Anca!

  I had a first visit to this place. Waiting room is comfy and the staff is really helpful. We met Dr Angela to check our baby. She gave us good advice and really care.

  I would like to commend the staff and team who are most welcoming and helpful, particularly impressive is Dr Angela Kwong. Angela is not only a thorough professional but understanding, caring and always makes you feel at ease. In all my years of visiting GP's, I rate Angela as one of the best and highly recommend this practice to all. Very best, Victor Y.

  Took my son for a Dr's appointment at Artarmon Medical Centre. Dr Hor was professional an courteous, but seemed to be in a hurry to get rid of us. I had to remind him to check my son's ear, as he seemed to have forgotten it altogether, although I had mentioned it at the start.
  
  My main disappointment was the reception. One of the ladies acted unfriendly, as I was going to sort out some questions with regard to Medicare etc. prior to seeing the doctor, she interrupted and told me to go take a seat and wait till the visit was over. Did not feel welcome there at all, very poor customer service. You are not a bulk-billing centre and you charge a considerable amount of money for your service, so I would at the very least expect to be treated as a paying customer.

  Doctor Angela Kwong is the best doctor I have ever had! She is always spot on with her diagnosis and has a vast amount of medical knowledge/experience. She is proactive and really cares about her patients. 11/10!

  Excellent experience.
  I have been seeing the doctors for the last 7 years. Very experienced , pleasant and have always provided appropriate care. Special mention ,Dr Hor , who excels in diagnosis and management.

  Terrible.
  Incompetent, incapable, inexperienced & negligent.
  Doctor Kwong was just guessing. She recommended the wrong tests for my illness. I had to prompt her on what test I needed. No follow up on my test results. Now over 6 weeks ago. I phoned multiple times & was told she was really busy & will get back to you.
  I've given up. I will not return.
  You will find better anywhere else.
