Rang ahead of time to make sure the stock was there. Went in to pick it up in person. Was very convenient.

I was happy with their service. I rang up and ordered over the phone and it was delivered the same day so it was very convenient as I didn't need to leave the site to drive to the hardware

Lied to 3 times about the delivery date. Sent goods that had been cancelled and refused to take them back. I would pay double rather than deal with this company!
