My Vergola has just been completed and I can't recommend Vergola NSW highly enough. I've had a lot of work completed at my house over the past few years and this is the only experience that has been 100% seamless all the way through. Their communication and professionalism is second to none - and the setup, invoicing and installation team are all amazing to work with. The installation was efficient and first rate quality. Everyone is patient, friendly and incredibly helpful - they really went above and beyond.

Despite it pouring rain for a week prior to my installation, my installation started on time and Richie and Jed worked in the pouring rain on the first day without even stopping to get out of the weather. I've never seen anything like their level of dedication to getting the job done and I'm very, very impressed with everyone I dealt with.

Massive thanks to Anna, Fiona, Danielle, Rick - and especially to Richie and Jed for a first rate, unbeatable experience. I'd highly recommend that if you want an outdoor area, don't look past Vergola - I'm definitely not sorry I went with their product.

We have just had a new Vergola roof system installed to replace a Vergola system which had given almost 35 years of great service but finally reached its end of life. We went back to Vergola NSW for the new roof as there’s no way other makes we looked at could ever last as long, and would highly recommend them. Not only is the Vergola system a superior product the team at Vergola NSW are highly professional, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. Great product and great customer service you can depend on.

Best decision we have made installing our Vergola, we turned a hot patio into a fully functional all weather outdoor room. When we contacted Vergola NSW, their sales rep turned up (on time), listened to what we wanted, in no time at all produced a highly accurate animation of the system and how it would all look, we loved it so we ordered. Some time later, as promised the installer turned up (on time, with great communication) and set to work, with in a few days, all was done. This installer has since been referred to many times as "the best tradie we have ever experienced", he came early (after asking if he could) and worked late (again after asking), he would not leave site until everything was tidied away and the area vacuumed ! even though he would be back 1st thing the next day. fantastic. The vergola is great, it has really changed the way we use the space, it works perfectly. We recently had cause to call vergola for a minor maintenance issue, their response was the same high level of service, and the team that turned up was great, on time, courteous and efficient. Vergola is a high quality product, backed by high quality service from the whole team. We highly recommend Vergola NSW

What would I say is good about Vergola? Everything! Wonderful to deal with from the salesman Roy, to the office staff, the delivery personnel, Shannon the installer, Peter the electrician and the man who picked up the rubbish in the pouring rain! Amazing product and service. Within hours of being finished the heavens opened up, the louvres shut and blocked the pursuant 1.5 inches of rain. To say I am impressed is an understatement. No more rainy days blues with our Vergola!

Vegola NSW provide professional service for all of your pergola, carport and shading requirements. I worked with them in the past on project in Rouse Hill and they were easy to deal with, simple to visualise the proposed pergola from the beginning to the project completion.

If you want the best opening awning experience, buy it from these guys. Very professional design and installation service. I have had mine for over 12 years and it still runs perfectly. I maintain it every 6-9 months with car wash .

Vergola ACT are rude and unhelpful. While I love the product, don't expect to get any help or expect any repairs under $600.I won't deal with them anymore and the controller manufacturer, while sympathetic, won't help. They did give me Brisbane's number as they have the same system as ACT. But they won't return emails. Seems I have a lemon.

I had a Vergola installed on a project in Rouse Hill, it was the best decision that we could have made. The client was very happy with the product and the way it allowed light to enter in Winter. The tradesmen were courteous and cleaned up after themselves and the price was competitive. I recommend everyone to make a call & get Vergola to give a quote. Thanks for the great experience.

Our experience with Vergola ACT has been appalling. Our Vergola leaks like a sieve and Vergola ACT won't return phone calls. I understand that each state operates independently so no other state will help, but what is the customer supposed to do in this situation? Surely somewhere there must be a Global Head Office that takes responsibility?

If you are contemplating getting a Vergola in Canberra my advice is "Don't". It may be the best product but getting any customer service out of Vergola ACT is almost impossible. Quotes took 6 weeks and 2 phone calls to get. Deposit paid and contract signed and it took another 6 weeks to get forms for building approvals. So three and a half months after they received our deposit we still had no proposed start date!! By all means go to Vergola NSW but if you are Canberra go for an alternative product. Guess I have to provide 1 star to Vergola ACT for "trying".

I love my vergola. It really make a difference to reducing heat in summer and the cold in winter.
