Have stayed at Armadale bed and breakfast a few times and the service and hospitality is always amazing. Was a hot day today and the pool was beautiful. Thanks Ruth and Terry for taking such good care of us xxx

This has been the most welcoming and enjoyable experiences i have had with B and B in Australia. Ruth and Terry are lovely, always providing wonderful food and atmosphere for you. The room is beautiful with characters, careful attention to details. The garden and the pool are just the bonus. Ruth provides a delicious breakfast in the morning, rather than cereals only at other B and B places. Absolutely loved my stay here. Treated like a family while you are here for holiday or work.

Room not clean, a lot of noise at night making it difficult to sleep. Very cold at winter with non functioning AC. Staff are not friendly and difficult to communicate with. Unsure why small bugs and cockrouches are around.
It was terrible place to stay at and I could not wait to leave after 3 days. The so called outback room makes me sick and I may end up with skin disease.
I recommend to stay somewhere else. Save your health and money.
