Nice appearance to the room and great cleaners. I'm surmising that due to close proximity to conference centre the staff are not too concerned with customer satisfaction. I asked for a quiet room; as haughtily assured all rooms are quiet. Similar process when I asked directions to a local hairdresser - any hairdresser in fact. Overlooking that aspect, the stay was, in fact, pleasant and comfortable. The location is convenient to the city, train line, and conference venue. I would stay there again.

Upon check in we were greeted with a happy helpful receptionist.. check in was a bleeze and once up to our room were very happy with what we'd booked. Very clean and tidy. Easy to walk into the city from the adina to.. on the whole a very enjoyable nights stay.

Lift button noise was worth staying there just to hear it squeal. Rooms were tidy and pretty run-of-the-mill for a hotel. Quiet location away from too many busy roads. Walking distance to all the cool stuff. Also has the best lift call button I’ve ever experienced. The staff were a bit too excited to see me, especially on the last visit there recently.

I was at Adina for a 2 day conference. Facilities were good but pretty standard conference room. The staff were accommodating and attentive. Lunch was great, plenty of very tasty food. Central location opposite the convention centre and near the Esplanade train station.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Staff were polite and helpful. We enjoyed the experience. The room was nice and well presented, the bathroom was clean and modern. The only issue was that the toilet had you sitting in a door way

Nice place, great bedroom. Some of the decor was a bit shabby but not a problem. Very clean and good sized shower.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Perfect distance to everything.the rooms are clean, they and comfortable. The bath tub is very roomy. The rooms are sound proof as long as Windows are closed. The service and been second to none!! 5 star service all round!!

I really love how large the rooms at Adina are. They are very comfortable and spacious. The bed is lovely and even though there isn't much of a view the balcony is nice to enjoy breakfast on.
