  I am happy to recommend WBP Group for property valuations. Patrick was professional and reliable, keeping to a promised report turnaround time of 24 hours as we had an urgent matter. The valuation was spot on and the service was fantastic.

  I’m really disappointed with how unprofessional Joseph was. Our initial phone conversation he understood that I do not allow photography in my house and I explained why I have this request and he chose to ignore it. I didn’t feel comfortable talking to him in person because of how unapproachable he was and what I had to say didn’t matter even in regards to safety. The other evaluation companies understood my request and respected it. I feel that my privacy has been breached. I definitely would not recommend this company

  I’ve dealt with WBP group twice for the same property and twice they valued it at $50k under the market value.
  
  Given that I’d recently valued it for a refinance, I was expecting them to have a similar value to the previous company. To put into perspective, company A did a desktop valuation and came back with a value of $760k in March, in April, the valuer from WBP found the property to be worth $710k despite further improvements having been done.
  
  I don’t know if they’re unethical and do a dodgy valuation the first time (desktop/kerb) so they can charge again for a walk-through valuation, but I’m starting to see a pattern in their behaviour based on some of these other reviews too.
  
  Steer waaaaaaaaay clear of this company and their rude and unprofessional team.
  
  Oh, and if someone from WBP reads this and wants to “discuss further so that you can investigate” do some actual work, see who I am and give me a call. I sure as hell am not going to be taking time out of my day to call you.

  The WBP Group provided me extraordinary service and the valuation was spot on. They have an amazing Team in Melbourne. I can absolutely recommend this Company to anyone looking for a professional partner in the valuation process.
