  This is literally a one-stop shop not only for mails, parcel deliveries and collections but also for sending and receiving money (western union and money orders), ID verification services (police, maritime and working with children check), banking needs (withdrawals, deposits, balance inquiries), travel products and services (passports, international sims, travel insurances) and gift purchases.

  Woeful service, live 35kms away yet they leave a card in my mailbox to collect parcels even when I'm home. Complained numerous times but they don't care enough to resolve. Frustrating when I never travel in that direction for anything and am not even in the same shire. Only gave 1 star because can't post review with no stars, Failed to deliver yet again

  Terrible service from this place. Don’t ever try and get a parcel that they haven’t sorted through yet they’ll send you away.

  This is the worst and incompetent cervice I have had in Australia so far, from Australian post, they don’t have phone number where somebody resolve questions o talk to customers.
  
  My parcel was taken to this office on Monday, it is Wednesday today I’m trying to see where my parcel is and it say on line, that we got it, that is it.
  I called with not success, because In the other side is just a machine with very limited options.
  
  No even one star is what this place deserve.
  
  I will advise you, that cervice is one of the best opportunities to grow and maintain a good business.
  
  We are all busy, and we all need to be effective, Australian post is a really good post, but some town post are Useles.

  Really poor service from the post office in Bacchus Marsh. Went and picked up a package and got questioned with attitude and turned her nose up about my eBay user name! . Don't work there if you don't want to be there!!
