Finding a beautiful dress for formal season is quite difficult when there aren’t too many shops with evening dresses readily available. Ordering online can also be a risk with gowns arriving in different colours, sizes and later than estimated delivery time. Luckily, when I went to Annabel’s Bridal Studio I was able to purchase an elegant dress off the rack, last minute, and was fitted to me within a two week period, something which I know is fairly impossible elsewhere due to the business of end of year events. It was because of this diligent and friendly service that I continued to purchase 5 more evening dresses to wear to formals in the years that followed. I want to thank endlessly the team at Annabel’s for ordering in beautiful dresses in advance, which catered to my dress taste with enough time to get them hemmed for these events. Such a positive experience. I still have these dresses and will always remember my experience of first coming to you ladies! I strongly recommend the team at Annabel's for anyone who is in need of beautiful dresses with a friendly service

After buying a dress for my year 12 formal, we found that sequens in the centre of the stomach had turned white due to steaming prior to pick up. After calling Misty to ask about the sequens she told us that we should 'hack some sequens off the hem and stitch them on with clear thread on top'. And she informed us that we couldnt return the dress as we had bought it on sale. Under consumer law in Australia an item only cannot be returned if it is clearly stated, or written on the reciept. My mother went to the store to discuss a refund and was yelled at in the store for being 'rude' and 'disrespectful' for requesting a refund, Misty and another woman continued to scream at her. I think that if you enter a store to find the store owner and another woman verbally abusing a customer, it send a pretty bad message
My moment has been ruined and my experiance formal shopping has been appaling. Do yourself a favour and don't visit Annabels if you with to have a good experiance looking for a dress.response / report this review -

I had a wonderful experience at Annabelle's bridal. The girls looked after me beautifully; they listened to my requests and had suggestions that both complimented my figure and my taste. I'm feeling very excited that I've got the most perfect dress for my big day!! A huge thanks to the team at Annabelle's

I went into Annabel's Bridal and was greeted on arrival by such a friendly staff member. From the moment I walked into the shop I felt so welcome and comfortable. I was fitted beautifully and found my dream gown. Thank you to Misty and the girls for helping me to be the most beautiful bride. I couldn't recommend Annabel's more highly their range is amazing.

Incredibly rude, if you'd like to be treated like a human, maybe don't consider this store. No idea the dresses, was made to feel so uncomfortable I left without trying any on.

Had a terrible experience there. Staff barely acknowledged my presence. I had contacted them a few days prior from my visit asking if I can come by to take a look without an appointment and they said of course. When I showed up, the lady at the door didn't want to let me in and had to double check that I had indeed been given prior approval. Even though dresses looked nice, I did not feel comfortable in that shop and they have lost a potential customer.

We were very disappointed at Tegan's customer service. This was a first experience for my friend to try on a wedding gown, the first question we were asked was 'what's your budget?' not what style do you like or have you looked at any dresses before, ect. It was such an impersonal experience, Tegan couldn't even remember my friends name at the end and I'm not even sure she used it once throughout. She also was not listening to which dresses she wanted to try on insisting that they were out of her price range. Tegan missed out on a sale yesterday because of her additude and her unwillingness to help, she wasn't even nice until we mentioned there actually was no budget (as the bride's family was paying as a surprise to her). I understand she may have been helping her stay in budget but there is no need for rudeness that we received yesterday. Very disappointing.
