Terrible!
The technicians came on time and they were polite and knowledgeable. Found the faulty solenoid and told me they have to order it and come back for repair. I was charged $275 for the call out fee and their diagnosis which I paid straight away. Later I received a quote of $519 to change the part which seemed excessive. The owner/manager Allen refused to give the part numbers when asked and after a few emails he gave the wrong description for the component to confuse me. I have contacted Temperzone (the manufacturer of the AirCon) and managed to obtain the correct info. The parts were less than $100. In my opinion IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF CONTACT ALLEN AIR.
