Sensational service from a family owned business. Clear and detailed explanations at first contact, regular updates by phone, prompt provision of product and follow up questions responded to in a timely manner. We purchased the DIY Hampton pergola which has provided an "extra room" on out front verandah and received many positive comments from visitors. Well done to your whole team at Huts & Decks.

I went online looking for a builder to supply & build a small "studio/retreat/shed" in my back garden for under $40,000. I found about 4 companies - two too expensive for me, one didn't bother replying and the other was "Huts & Decks". I made a few enquiries, got a few quotes for different options. Dave, the owner couldn't have been more helpful and understanding.
It was worth the trip from home to Furnissdale, as there were lots of huts, decking and garden ideas to look at. Some of the "huts" are kits which they supply only but others they design and build. We went for the latter. Dave designed a 4m x 2.6m hut for us and despite the timber shortage managed to supply the materials needed. The staff including Zoe were very thorough keeping me up-to date with what was happen etc.
It took a few weeks for planning permission (anything over 10 square metres needs approval) and then the site inspection and before I knew it, the raised floor was under construction. A big thank you goes to Shaun who was the onsite "boss", also to Finn, Connor, Cameron, Mark & the "work experience" guys who were friendly. The work commenced on a Wednesday and finished on the following Tuesday (due to a long weekend in the middle with half a day on the Friday). All in all it took 3.5 days to complete the work, which I was very happy about. They worked in all weathers and always turned up early! The only gripe was the radio was very loud (first thing in the morning. Whilst they had been up since 5am, we had not!). Also when they dug into the garden bed they flung the soil in every which direction, when they could have asked where they should put it. I'd just had some mulch laid down 10cm thick on the garden bed, now its all covered up! Overall though a good job done by an enthusiastic bunch of guys. Right from the beginning the whole process was seamless from the quote to the finish product. The installers were fantastic and arrived on time and were professional. We got the composite decking and I'm in love with my new deck! The price was great and I would definitely recommend this company! A really good family business that I will be for sure using for future outdoor projects!

These guys are great. They had built a complete hut for my daughter and were excellent. So I used them to thatch a hut that I built, great job done promptly, very friendly, can't complain about a thing. Certainly recommend Dave and his team.

We had a 6m x 4m Bali hut installed to extend out alfresco area and it looks amazing. The boys did a fantastic job. Could be happier.

The display centre feels like paradise! They have a big range of bamboo products now which is what I have recently decorated my back fence with. Would recommend going in to have a look at the display.

Very well set up display centre in Mandurah! it really helped me get the ideas together that i needed for my hut and deck. Not only was the display helpfull but their staff were very knowledgable and professional. I would highly recommend these guys for your Aflresco area or any carpentry needs really!
