  Rude old guy couldnt spend 2 minutes to stop what he was doing to listen me.
  I was only asking for 5 minutes and he wouldnt even consider helping me.
  Will never go here now.

  Have taken both cars there for fault finding, repairs and log book servicing. Great services and a great job - maintaining warranty too. (if you are unsure - I.E - call Holden/ford/Toyota/subaru national office and they will confirm that AutoMasters can do log books without voiding your warranty which is what some dealerships will tell you).

  Car decided to chuck a wobbly literally on the weekend. Called first thing monday morning and was pleasantly greeted and asked to come in.
  
  Being a mechanic myself i mentioned what i thought it could be but i didnt have the time to do it myself. Despite having a full plate he took it on and less than 2 hours later he identified the issue and fixed a brake light.
  
  Very impressed with service and the people there. Will be returning if i ever need more work done. Thoroughly recommend these guys.

  I have had experiences with many mechanical repair businesses, but no one comes near these guys. I arrived there with a very sick jeep and the guys looked at it immedaitely and gave me a price and time. They were pretty much bang on. Unfortunately I live at the opposite end of Perth, so they are a too far to travel but I would highly recommend these guys for honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service. Thanks for help guys.

  I highly recommend this store at Auto Masters Baldivis. Mark and his team were very accommodating to servicing my VW Jetta and Mark went above and beyond in his customer service from giving me advice over the phone about my vehicles oil to having one of the boys drop me off at work on Settlers Avenue. Thanks guys, will definitely be reccomending you to colleagues!

  Booked my wife's car in for a log book service and when I checked to see if the air filter had been touched I discovered the filter box still had leaves in it and the cleaner full of dust.
  I took the car back with the man at the front desk being very accomodating the mechanic decided to argue with me that it was acceptable.
  If they can't bother to check the air cleaner what else did they not bother to check.

  Took it here for a service, they said everything was all good. Then started having a lot of electrical problems on my VE the same day, had to take it back within the day. Haven't gone back since, they definitely did a quick job on my car and cut corners, did not check properly.
