The hairdresser didn't listen to what I requested and tried to convince me to have my hair done the way she was use to. When I disagreed she was rude and short. The quality was faint, barely noticeable, had to go to another hairdresser to touch up -couldnt wait to leave. Avoid the rude hairdresser with italian accent.

I had booked for 1/2 head foils and cut and was quoted a price as they had done this before for me. Anyway, after they had done the foils, they charged me an extra $90 as my hair was so thick it took longer and used more product, so if my hair was really fine and thin would they charge less? I don't think so! and then they spent 10mins on my hair cut.really!
then to top it off, they said oh, next time I think we will do a full head of foils.. maybe I would have to take out a loan to go back..never again!

I went there recently and the blonde very overweight manager with short hair whom was at reception didn't even greet me, she just stared at me up and down.
When the girl was doing my service i asked her something and she had to ask that blonde manager and check, the manager gave her a rude reply pretty much to the effect of 'if she doesn't like it bad luck.'
Disgusting, rude woman and service coming from a manager. Especially when it's at a well known hair salon. Also Tony and Guy are overrated, the services are not as good as they claim. And they overcharge by double. Go to your local hair salon I think you'd be better off and if you want to avoid the rudeness!
