Alladin 's Rug Cleaning picked up and delivered my synthetic area rug promptly and professionally. I am delighted with the result. It looks better than new!

Prompt and professional service. They came and collected the rugs and demonstrated how they would clean the rugs. They did a colour run test as these were wool rugs. They explained how long it would take and phoned to check what time would be suitable for delivery after the rugs had been cleaned.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Arthur at Aladdin’s carpet cleaning. He was polite, punctual and ‘knew his stuff’. The rug cleaned up beautifully and looks as good as new. I highly recommend the company.

Aladdin's cleaned three rugs for me, two Persian and one modern, and I'm delighted with the results. They look like new. I was particularly pleased with the cleaning of the modern rug, as I thought it was beyond saving. Thank you Arthur!

First time using Aladdin’s Wollongong to clean a white rug soiled by a 4 and 1 year old. Arthur did an amazing job, looks brand new! Also pick up/ delivery service was super helpful and only a 3 day turn around!

Fantastic job! Arthur and co have made our rug fastidiously clean and soft, it smells great too. I think it looks better than when it arrived! Very pleasant to deal with, and so diligent. Great work.

Fantastic business in every aspect. Honesty about the service and what to expect, as well as friendly and knowledgable people who take pride in the great job they do. A rug that I never thought I'd see without stains came back looking brand new and smells have been banished- all within a week. Couldn't recommend more highly.
