My Husband and I brought Land through Annette Rolt, we were so happy that she got the best price for everyone that we were all happy with and she couldn't have been more helpful.

Months ago I tried to put an offer in a property for more than the current offer and the office staff and Annette lied saying the other offer was accepted when I was making an offer HIGHER and the other offer was not signed or accepted and it was weird that Annette was dropping her commission to put the other offer through. (I can not discuss more on this review due to legal reasons). I personally will never deal with Annette or Aqua Sun as they are not professional and definitely don't work in the best interests of their seller/vendor or purchaser. Since my experience I have heard of several people saying they were discussed by the service and also wouldn't use them again. BEWARE using this company their are a lot more HONEST people to deal with than Annette and Aqua Sun
