I was a Client of AAA Storage in Wembley for many years and have always been so impressed with the quality of service given by Janine and Geoff. Not only has Janine been very professional, she has also shown immense kindness and compassion and an unyielding ability to network for the benefit of Clients. I'm also very impressed with Janine and Geoff's commitment to community and their civic mindedness.
I would never hesitate in recommending AAA - The storage area is extremely clean and very secure, the rates are competitive and access to your unit is very smooth and convenient. The safe keeping of my property was never a concern.

AAA are simply amazing. Probably sounds crazy, but I was sad to be removing the last of our stuff out of storage. They took such good care of our belongings and were so lovely to deal with whenever we needed to access our stuff! I couldn’t recommend AAA highly enough for anyone seeking a really customer focussed, friendly and secure place to store belongings!

I have stored my furniture several times with AAA and would certainly use them again. The warehouse and storage units are immaculate, and the administration and billing is spot on. Nothing is too much trouble for Geoff or Janine, their customer service is excellent. I would most definitely recommend AAA.

I highly recommend the services of AAA Storage & Removals Wembley. I used the facility to store my furniture and belongings for 3 months whilst I was looking for a new house. Janine and the team made the entire process seamless and what could have been a stressful moving experience was painless! If you want professional, friendly service I highly recommend that you go with AAA Storage & Removals in Wembley. I was a customer with AAA Storage for the last 4-plus years and during that time I was continually impressed with how competent and cheerful the staff were. I frequently emailed them asking for access to my storage container on a Friday before the weekend and invariably it was waiting for me when I arrived the next day. Janine and Sally were always helpful and enjoyable to deal with. We finally bought a home big enough to store all our stuff but I think I will actually miss not frequenting AAA Storage as often in the future. It was a real pleasure to interact with accommodating staff who obviously take pride in providing excellent service.

I rented a couple of boxes for few months to clear out my house while I was selling it. Overall, the experience was first class.

The containers were clean, dry and did not smell of rodent urine! (Which can be a real issue with commercial as well as private storage).

Service was considerate - boxes were placed where I could work on them and have the car close by. I was gently reminded of a couple of things that I needed to remember. Bills came by email and I could pay online - which is convenient.

Our house hold furniture was stored at AAA Storage & Removals Wembley for 3 years in total. We were pleased to find a storage facility with such great rates and premium storage options. Our contact with staff over the 3 years was minimal and always friendly when needed. Upon leaving the facility, the staff were more than helpful in arranging a time and taking our empty boxes.
