Our favourite local cafe, the decor is an eclectic mix of mismatched items, which once used to also extend to cutlery and crockery. The food is just as interesting, with a seasonally changing menu that always has flair and offers something new, in addition to standard cafe fare.

Great coffee and food - it has to be, as the grocery store just a few doors down also has some of the best coffee and pastries in town, so standards in this little local shopping centre are super high!

Excellent coffee and service. Very tolerant of a one year old grandson. Food is well prepared and presented and prices are reasonable. Great ambience.

We came in the back entrance with our dogga and had an awesome breakfast roll in the courtyard. Like, an amazing breakfast roll with egg, bacon, hash brown, onion and a good helping of whatever freaking awesomeness they added to make it so freaking awesome.

I've been having breakfast here for two years and used to love it. Lately the quality has been a little average, bland, unloved food mostly but the place also needs a good boost of energy and bit of a scrub. I also think there is desperate need for a new menu or at least the need to add a few more options. Prices are ok but don't reflect the quality (anymore).
I'd love to come back (and update my rating to 5 stars) so let me know when you update your menu and have a little freshen up.

Better than average suburban cafe. Reasonable big without being cavernous. Comfortable if tired furnishings. Pretty courtyard seating too. No wifi

If been going to a bite to eat for a long time. It used to be great but it's not the same anymore. The food and coffee are usually good. The staff are often friendly but always helpful. There's nothing wrong but it just isn't a favorite anymore.

I'm conflicted on this place. It has a great decor (mismatched vintage style) and the food is tasty. However the service is quite poor. We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast (and you all know how hungry you can be at brunch time!). The restaurant had also run out of several components of our meals, which they failed to tell us when we ordered. 'Trout on potato chips' isn't quite the same as 'Trout on potato rosti'. I'd be willing to give it another chance down the road, but no rush to return.

Fun little funky cafe to meet up with friends. Always had good food here but I do find the menu selection difficult to decipher what I am going to get. Coffee is yum and service time not bad if its not busy. It's quite popular so difficult to get a seat during peak times.

Cute brunch spot with mismatched furniture and great background music. Nice to sit out in the back courtyard on a sunny day! Not a huge range on the menu, but good quality stuff

These guys do wonderful things with broccoli! Seriously. The service has been great since the ownership changed a couple of years ago. A place you can actually relax. Popular spot for mums with babies. Easy to breastfeed without hassle.

I eat here regularly and i consider it one of the best restaurants in Canberra. Maybe not flash decor, but the food is 5-star. And I'd much prefer this than the other way round. Main course about $23-$28. Great table service, and always with a smile.
